Our Bespoke Upholstery Process

1. Consultation & Assessment

We start by looking at your piece in person (or via photos), talking through your vision, and checking the frame and padding underneath. This is where we recommend fabrics, discuss colours and textures, and give you an honest quote — no surprises later.

2. Collection & Repair

We collect your piece and take it back to our workshop, where old fabric, foam, and webbing are carefully stripped away. We then inspect the frame for any structural issues — loose joints, worn springs, sagging webbing — and repair or replace whatever's needed so your furniture is built to last another few decades.

3. Reupholstering

This is where the transformation happens. New padding and foam go on first for comfort and shape, then your chosen fabric is expertly cut, fitted, and stitched by hand to the frame, with close attention to pattern matching, seams, and finish.

4. Finishing, Quality Check & Delivery

Once you are satisfied with Final touches — piping, buttons, trims, or studs — are added, and every seam and surface is checked before your piece leaves the workshop. Once we're happy it's exactly as you imagined, we deliver it straight back to you..
